Interim Management.

We specialise mainly in the retail sector for the provision of interim management and consultancy services. We do also have experience in the Healthcare and  FMCG sectors and Brand Management.

Here are some examples taken from our recent assignments:

Well known book store chain with 195 stores across the UK and into Europe.
This assignment involved the day to day management of the company's Application Support Department, improving their processes, communications across departments and significantly increasing the level of service the department provided.
The scope was expanded to include considerable involvement in and management of some aspects of the organisation's Chip & PIN project.

Well known UK DIY chain, part of a highly successful international group.
For this organisation we provided a Project Manager to take over a Head Office based Pricing Project from the early stages and manage it through to completion. The project was completed successfully, achieving the client's goals.

Successful Software House specialising in Point of Sale and associated back-office / retail software solutions, with clients worldwide.
The role here included Business Development, marketing, 'opening doors' into several household name retailers including winning business, and achieving IBM Business Partner Status for the organisation.

Large private Healthcare PLC. We were engaged to clarify requirements and procure medical equipment for a new, large multi £million mobile healthcare project. Savings realised by the organisation were over £1M.

We have a varied range of web site clients from accountants to a double glazing company, to plumbers, to scuba diving shops, to Private Taxi Hire company and a Public House.

Each site, large or small, has been designed uniquely to meet that client's requirements.

Unlike many of the organisations you might come across today we do not work from a set of pre-designed templates or ask you a set of pre-determined questions parrot fashion - your site will be as individual as your organisation! We also allow you to review it along the way and make changes if you wish - it is not developed overseas and then 'delivered'. And, we always review the site with you to ensure that you are completely happy before it is made 'live'.

We will work with you to understand what you want to say about your organisation, your target market and audience, and how best to convey your USPs.

Replacement office server and networked desktop PCs.

We provide a full PC support service which includes installation of software updates such as Sage Payroll and Accounts, supply and installation of new software and peripherals as and when required such as scanners and digital cameras. This service includes remote monitoring of the network, telephone and remote support, and on-site support as required.

We provide an annual maintenance contract for web sites, for example we make changes as and when required, add or remove pages (i.e. a Sale page) and keep the site 'fresh'.

Virus removal from PCs and subsequent re-installation and set-up as required.

Installation of anti-virus software.

E-mail services and hosting of mail boxes using your domain name i.e. ability to send and retrieve e-mail to your desktop software (i.e. Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express) or via the internet using mail box(es) with an address of nnnnn@yourdomain.co.uk.
